[CoolTerm-Betas] CoolTerm v1.7.0b3 is available for testing

Hello testers,

Beta 3 is ready for testing.

- HTML remote control form now includes platform information
- Updated HTTP commands that require a file path as argument to accept spaces in the file path.
- Fixed bug introduced in 1.7.0b2 that could cause a NilObjectException when opening the port without having switched the viewer mode before.
