[CoolTerm-Betas] CoolTerm for Ubuntu

Hi Edo,

Do you have a way to observe the incoming data signal at the FTDI chip
(e.g. with an oscilloscope) to see if any data you type in arrives, and if
the configuration (baudrate, etc) is correct? Perhaps the data DOES get to
the target, but somehow the serial port configuration is incorrect (may
CoolTerm has trouble setting the configuration for a port on a virtualized
machine?). Can you try a loopback between RX and TX at the FTDI chip?
I haven't tested the 64-bit ARM build at all because I don't have any
suitable hardware to test it with, so I can't say if there is a problem
with the 64-bit ARM build in general, or if this has something to do with
the virtualization.
