CoolTerm v2.5.0a11 is now ready for testing

- Added ability to add timestamps to transmit macros using the <tstamp> tag.
- Added ability to add timestamps to Replace actions of receive macros using the <tstamp> tag.
- Added ability to import selected settings from other settings files.
- Added option to use a new line for local echo
- Added option to add RX and TX (local echo) labels to received data.
