[CoolTerm-Betas] CoolTerm v1.9.0b5 ready for testing

Here is what’s new in CoolTerm:

- fixed bug introduced in b4 that would send the shortened macro text used for the menu items instead of sending the actual macro text.
- updated code to prioritize double backslash (\\) escape characters in macros over other escape characters.
- Added menu item under the View menu to show the current receive buffer fill level.

- Added options (via context menu in Graph display) to extract x values from received data
  - The first data column can be used as x-axis values.
  - Timestamps can be used as x-axis values. The units used for the time axis is seconds, and the time is relative to the time when the port was first opened. The timestamp format has to conform to the format CoolTerm uses to add timestamps to received data.
- Improved algorithm for automatic x-axis scaling
- Added code to adjust trace colors in dark mode for better visibility.
- Deployed for testing in v1.9.0b5
