[CoolTerm-Betas] CoolTerm v2.2.1 Beta 2 is ready for testing

Beta 3 is now ready for testing. This is just a quick update. We’re getting close to an official release.

- Added "Other..." option to font size selection.
- Fixed bug introduced in last beta that can leave received "hidden" when ANSI formatting is enabled.
